Masks, Profiles, and a Chair

"The use of geometry is an essential force in determining this work. I was interested to show that a designer can create many variations from one form. My intent, however, was not only to create geometrical variations, but also the transformation of a woman's head through the use of geometry.
Sections of planes rotate around axis, others intersect, some are tangent. The end is the fusion of a mathematical order with an expression of life which in turn provides the image that is the essence of this work."
